I’ve had the privilege of having Jess as my fitness coach for the past 1.5 years. I first came to Jess wanting to become mentally stronger, not just physically fit! I suffer from Complex Post-traumatic stress disorder from multiple things that have happened over the years.
In that time Jess has made me look at myself in a different light. I look at my body now with love and Respect. I love every flaw & imperfection and the scars left behind from what I’ve been through.
Before I came to Jess I felt terrible in my own skin not only because of the 16 kgs of weight I had put on, but because of how the past abuse had made me feel about my body!
My body felt lifeless at times like an empty used vessel. Now I see a strong beautiful woman, my past does not define. Bonus, I got a sexy body transformation out of it too haha winning! 16kg down!
Don’t get me wrong I still have days where I have to fight my inner critic! But with Jess reminding me not to be so hard on myself, keeping me motivated, keeping me accountable and listening to me talking about life while she kicks my butt with heavy weights. That inner critic doesn’t even manage to get the tent pegs out!
Jess is not just a fitness coach she is a listening coach, to what’s making you want to drive to Mc Dz for a quick fix mcflurry. She is a dance coach when your moody and need ta shake ya booty in between your workout sets.
Jess is a kind coach that understands everyone is different and at different levels not just physically but mentally too.
I cannot see my life with without Jess kicking my butt every step of the way! You got me forever gurl till death do us part!! 🤪
MISS WORLD NZ IS READY FOR THE STAGE
I’ve been working with Jess for the last 18months and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!
My body has completely transformed. Doing Jess’s weight training has helped me gain muscle and strength, but also a lot of confidence, especially in the gym there’s hardly any girls using weights.
I thank Jess for helping me throughout my journey with IFBB bikini and prep for Miss World.

FROM OFFLINE TO ONLINE
I’d always admired Jess on social media and ever since attending one of her Booty Camp’s in 2015, I knew I wanted to live the type of lifestyle she did.
I signed up with Jess in March 2016 and have never looked back. Before Jess’ programmes I used to make up my own weight training and do a lot of cardio classes – not seeing much progress. As soon as I started training with Jess’ plans I started to see results. I receive a new full set 5 day weight split training programme every 4 weeks without fail – always something new and exciting to train which keeps me motivated! Couldn’t be happier with how far I’ve come in the 5 years having Jess as my PT (even being an online client).
