Guided by expert training and nutrition support on the Jess Coate Fitness App, you’ll take the guesswork out of your journey and discover that: Nutrition can be delicious and results-driven. Training can be time-efficient and highly effective.
Everything you need at your fingertips – workouts, nutrition plans, progress tracking, and a supportive community.
NEW TRAINING SPLIT: Follow a 4 day per week 35-45 Mins training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plans & recipes. Both home and gym training plans are provided.
Weeks 1-4: 1 Lower Body sessions , 1 Upper Body session , 1 Full Body session, 1 HIIT session, 1 Optional cardio program.
Weeks 5-8: 2 Lower Body sessions , 1 Upper Body session , 1 Full Body session, 1 Optional cardio program
This CHALLENGE is a one off payment of only $339.95 for all training & nutrition plans, plus full access to the Jess Coate Fitness Members only APP. After-pay available.
CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
- Ongoing Email Support with Jess
- 4X Check-ins personally with Jess (Week 2, 4, 6, 8).
- 8 Weeks of Structured training with GYM & HOME Training Plans updated every 4 weeks.
- Structured Nutrition plans based on your goals with updated plans at week 4 .
- Access to the NEW Jess Coate Fitness App to complete each workout.
- Access to FREE Recipes, E-books and more.
- NOTE: Home workouts require a set of Dumbbells, Long band & booty band.
CHALLENGE PRIZES:
- Be in to win- At the end of the challenge we will choose an overall WINNER. The winner
will be based on the best results over the 8 weeks. The challenge winner will gain FREE access to the following challenge.
ACCESS:
- You will have access to the APP from the time you sign up. Before the challenge there will be pre-challenge workouts that you have access to until the challenge starts. Once the Challenge ends you will have 4 extra days access.
DIETARY
- All training & Nutrition plans will be through an APP. Training & Nutrition for CHALLENGES are set plans. If you want specific plans for your goals or have any injuries or food allergies please choose the Premium 1:1 Coaching package which includes Training & Nutrition plan option.
