NEW TRAINING SPLIT: Follow a 4 day per week 35-45 Mins training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plans. 2 Lower Body Sessions, 1 Full body sessions and an optional  Full Body HIIT session. Both home and gym training plans are provided.

  • All training & Nutrition plans will be through an APP. Training & Nutrition for CHALLENGES are set plans. If you want specific plans for your goals or have any injuries or food allergies please choose the Premium 1:1 Coaching package which includes Training & Nutrition plan option.
