Kia ora Girl ! I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 18 years and I’ve pretty much seen and done it all.
I’ve competed in and won over 15 bodybuilding shows, including a Bikini Pro show, worked in TV as a Sports Presenter, and now run a bodybuilding federation here in New Zealand.
More importantly, I know how to get results and how to make it work in real life.
I have helped hundreds of women lose body fat, build confidence, and create a routine they can actually stick to without cutting out everything that they love, or starting over every Monday.
