If you are into Fitness, Health & Beauty, this is the event for you! All women, all ages and all fitness levels are welcome.
The 2023 Wellington Jess Coate fitness Expo is in support of Wellington Women’s Refuge, help us make a difference to ensure a safe and appropriate service for all women and children experiencing domestic violence
Our vision Is to Empower Women on their health and Fitness Journey and to create a safe environment for ladies to feel confident in trying new exercises, learning different tools to help them achieve their goals and feel beautiful with our range of beauty stalls on offer.
What’s involved in the EXPO
11 AM- 4PM; 5 hours of fun at Harbourside Function Centre, 4 Taranaki St Wellington. Workouts, seminars, stalls, goody bags and fun. Tickets are $50 and 100% of proceeds go to Wellington Women’s Refuge.
WORKOUTS + SEMINARS – Each workout will be for all levels of fitness, with regressions or progressions to make the workout easier/harder if you need. You can choose to participate in all the workouts/seminars or just the ones you want too, workouts do not require you to bring any equipment except a booty band, however we will have these for sale at the event.
STALLS – There will be 8+ Health, Fitness and Beauty stalls that you can view, chat to the owners and purchase their products or services, with lots of Expo discounts on offer.
4 Different Workouts & 3 Seminars available at different times.
20 min Booty & Core Workout with Jess Coate (Booty Band Only Workout).
20 min Boxing HIIT class- Alea Wharekura Wellington Boxing Gym trainer
20 min Hula Class- Ebony Ngatoko-ahhoi
20 min HIIT Class- Sasha Grind Health & Fitness owner
30 min Yoga/ stretch class- Samantha Beyond Yoga owner
20 min Nutrition & Habit building Seminar- Jess Coate Fitness owner
20 min Seminar on Mindset, positivity and Mental Health- Dr Brittany Stanley-wishart
