I’ve been working with Jess for the last 18months and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made!

My body has completely transformed. Doing Jess’s weight training has helped me gain muscle and strength, but also a lot of confidence, especially in the gym there’s hardly any girls using weights.

I’d always admired Jess on social media and ever since attending one of her Booty Camp’s in 2015, I knew I wanted to live the type of lifestyle she did.

I signed up with Jess in March 2016 and have never looked back. Before Jess’ programmes I used to make up my own weight training and do a lot of cardio classes – not seeing much progress. As soon as I started training with Jess’ plans I started to see results. I receive a new full set 5 day weight split training programme every 4 weeks without fail – always something new and exciting to train which keeps me motivated! Couldn’t be happier with how far I’ve come in the 2 years having Jess as my PT (even being an online client).
