LOADED WEETBIX – SPICE UP YOUR BREAKFAST

  • 2-3x weetbix
  • 10 Almonds or 10g of natural peanut/almond butter
  • 1 serve protein powder
  • Add 50g of berries OR a small banana
  • Add cinnamon and natural sweetener

I add hot water to just cover my weetbix and then make my shake with water in a milkshake maker. I froth it up until really frothy and pour slowly over top as   I mix it in with the weetbix. I use half of the shake and drink the other half. I then add the toppings of almonds and berries on top. If you don’t have a milkshake maker soak your weetbix, add a scoop of protein on top and mix well. Cook for 30 seconds and add the other toppings on top
