¼ Cup of Rolled Oats
½ Scoop Protein Powder
¼-1/2 Cup Almond Milk
¼ Cup Water

Banana-berry Smoothie- Small banana and handful of berries
Berry- yoghurt Smoothie- 100g Greek yoghurt and handful of berries
Green Smoothie- Spinach and ½ Kiwifruit
