LEAN BEEF/CHICKEN BURGERS
Carbohydrate source: 1x WHOLEMEAL SMALL Pita Bread (Use as burger bun) .
Add herbs/spices/salts
Protein Source: 150g RAW Lean meat
Fat Source: 30g Avocado or 15g cheese
Minerals: Green salad of choice
You can add onions, herbs, spices, salt etc to your patties. No egg is necessary to bind. For more volume to patties grate zucchini and add that to the mixture. Just use your hands to form the meat together tight and make 2 good sized patties. Cook on a grill with a spray of low fat oil. You can add these on top of rice and salad or place inside a toasted pita bread and make a burger adding your avocado/cheese, salad and patties.
