2 Slices of whole-meal bread
Whisk up eggs with sweetener and cinnamon to taste. Soak the bread in the eggs until the mixture is almost gone. Heat a pan until hot, place bread in pan and cook until golden. Serve with your favourite toppings. Too keep this under 300 calories, try a handful of berries and low calorie sauces. If you are feeling a bit naughty you can add yoghurt, nut butters, light whipped cream.
