Crispy Chicken Tacos

(Serves 4 – Female Portions)

500g Chicken tenders
Old El Paso Spice Mix for soft tacos (Crispy Chicken)
8 Old El Paso Mini Tortillas
Mixed Lettuce
Fresh Coriander, chopped
½ Cup Light Sour Cream
Old El Paso Sauce for topping

Toss Chicken in spice mix in a bag and fully coat the chicken. Heat a non-stick fry pan and coat with spray oil. Wait until the pan is VERY HOT and cook chicken until golden and crisp. Combine lettuce and coriander together. Heat mini tortillas according to pack instructions. Build your own tacos with crispy chicken, lettuce, sour cream and topping sauce. 2 Tacos per person.
