There is an easier way, and that is making it fit into YOUR Lifestyle. You want a routine that you can sustain longterm. It doesn’t have to be your life, just make it fit your lifestyle.

The things I do to fit my lifestyle.

1️⃣ Eat foods I love and make it fit my macros. I eat hot chips, peanut butter, beef, burgers , pasta every single day!  BUT it’s all home made so I can enjoy the foods I love daily BUT it fits my macros and is a lot cleaner than takeout. Get creative !
2️⃣
Don’t binge or overtrain. If you follow point 1 above, you won’t binge because you are having all the foods you love, and you won’t over train because you won’t feel bad about the food choices you are making.
3️⃣
Find a balance in your life, where you can enjoy the training that you do without it being a chore, being able to eat out with friends without over-eating and being consistent with all the above.
4️⃣
Make it fit your lifestyle , if it’s a chore or a bore or stressful, don’t do it. Find options you love with your food and your exercise. Make it fit your lifestyle and you will be much happier for it.
5️⃣
Work in progress always. Don’t feel bad if you miss a workout, skip a meal, eat more than you should. That leads to more bad habits. There is always tomorrow so work on consistency more than anything.

The images of the Australian Bush fires are extremely distressing to look at and quite hard to comprehend that this is Australia’s reality.

I CANT comprehend what is going on over there and I feel so thankful that I have come home to my home, all in tact. Thankful for the life I have and live but also guilty for being safe, having a safe home, clean air to breathe in, fresh running water, my loved ones safe and having possessions while this is not the case for so many in Australia right now. The news articles are just heart breaking.

Farmers have no food or water to feed their animals-Animals are literally starving and dying. Canberra has some of the worst air pollution in the world currently, and are running out of water and fresh fruit and vegetables will be harder to come by. Not to mention climate change.

Instead of doing giveaways which I normally do with my apparel any sale made from my online Boutique store this week I’ll be donating the FULL 100% proceeds to the bush fires PLUS $$ myself.
