Do you want to lose fat, sculpt a lean physique, increase your fitness, improve energy levels and get stronger?

This NEW 6 week challenge will take your physique to the next level leading into summer. Over 6 weeks you will be focusing on fat loss, while maintaining lean muscle mass to really build great shape to your physique. This is available for all ladies, all ages and all fitness levels. Training & Nutrition will be provided for 6 weeks to take the guess work away for you, learn along the way that nutrition doesn’t have to be boring to get results, and you don’t have to do countless hours of exercise either. Knowledge is key, so let Jess Coach you over the next 6 weeks and share all of her knowledge and passion with you.


Summer is on the way, this training split is to help you shape up without spending hours training leading into the busy summer season. Follow a 3 day per week 35-40 Mins per day training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plan. 2 Lower body weights sessions, 1 Full Body weights session and 2 HIIT Cardio sessions which are optional.

3 LIVE sessions; One per fortnight, including cooking demonstrations, nutrition seminars and workouts.

This CHALLENGE is a one off payment of only $239.80 for all training & nutrition plans, plus full access to the Jess Coate Fitness Members only APP.

  • You will have access to the APP from the time you sign up. Before the challenge there will be pre-challenge workouts that you have access too until the challenge starts. Once the Challenge ends you will have 4 extra days access.
  • All training & Nutrition plans will be through an APP. Training & Nutrition for CHALLENGES are set plans. If you want specific plans for your goals or have any injuries or food allergies please choose the Premium 1:1 Coaching package which includes Training & Nutrition plan option.
