What to Expect:
Comprehensive training and nutrition plans backed by structure, flexibility, and strategy. You’ll receive programs that align with your goals and your lifestyle. Progressive, purposeful workouts designed to build strength, confidence, and lean muscle through smart, effective training.
Professional coaching and accountability from Jess to guide you through each phase, with the tools and support you need to stay consistent.

BASELINE is for women who: Feel stuck in cycles of inconsistency and want to establish a routine they can maintain long-term. This is your opportunity to set the standard, build your foundation, and move forward with confidence.

TRAINING SPLIT:

Follow a 4 day per week 35-45 Mins per day training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plans. 1 Lower body weights sessions, 1 Upper Body weights session, 2 Full Body Sessions and 1 optional Cardio session.

This CHALLENGE is a one off payment for all training & nutrition plans, plus full access to the Jess Coate Fitness Members only APP.

CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
  • Messenger Support with Jess on our Fitness App
  • 3X Check-ins personally with Jess (Week 2, 4, 6).
  • 6 Weeks of Structured training with GYM & HOME Training Plans.
  • Semi- Customised Nutrition plans based on your goals with updates every 2 weeks.
  • Access to the Jess Coate Fitness App to complete each workout, log your weights and reps.
  • Access to FREE Recipes, E-books and more.
  • Access to the JESS COATE Fitness Members only Facebook page.
  • NOTE: Home workouts require a set of Dumbbells, Long band & booty band.
ACCESS:
  • You will have access to the APP from the time you sign up. Before the challenge there will be pre-challenge workouts that you have access too until the challenge starts. Once the Challenge ends you will have 3 extra days access.
DIETARY
  • All training & Nutrition plans will be through an APP. Training & Nutrition for CHALLENGES are set plans. If you want specific plans for your goals or have any injuries or food allergies please choose the Premium 1:1 Coaching package which includes Training & Nutrition plan option.
