Lack of time? Don’t know where to start? Let’s ‘IGNITE’ your potential with this 28 day Fitness Challenge.  The IGNITE Challenge is the plan for busy women who want results, but don’t want to spend countless hours working out.

We now have 4 ROUNDS- Choose your difficulty.

ROUND 1: This is for beginner to intermediate clients. Follow a 4-5 day a week , 30 Mins per day training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plan.

 -2 Lower Body Sessions, 1 Full Body session, 1 Full Body HIIT & 1 Cardio session.

ROUND 2: This is for those who have completed Round 1 OR those who are a bit more experienced with more time to workout.  Follow a 5-6 day a week , 35-45 Mins per day training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plan.

-2 Lower Body Sessions & 2 Upper Body Sessions, 1 Full Body HIIT & 1 Cardio session.

ROUND 3 & 4: This is for those who have completed Round 2 OR those who are more experienced with more time to workout. The Upper body sessions are now split into muscle groups. Follow a 5-6 day a week , 35-45 Mins per day training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plan. Round 4 is now an advanced version of Round 3 with lower body splits Glutes & Hamstring and Quads & Glutes.

-2 Lower Body Sessions & 2 Upper Body Splits (Back, Chest & Abs) and (Shoulders & Arms), 1 Full Body HIIT & 1 Cardio session.

IGNITE CHALLENGE is a one off payment of only $129.95 for all training & nutrition plans, plus full access to the Jess Coate Fitness Members only APP. 

IGNITE CHALLENGE PRIZES

IGNITE CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

  • 24/7 Email Support with Jess
  • 2X Check-ins personally with Jess (Week 2 & Week 4).
  • New GYM OR HOME Training Plans at the start & at week 2. Home workouts require a set of Dumbbells, Long band & booty band.
  • Semi- Customised Nutrition plans based on your goals with updates at week 2.
  • Access to the Jess Coate Fitness App to complete each workout, log your weights and reps.
  • Shopping list prepared for your nutrition plan on the JESS COATE FITNESS APP.

    No plan is ever the same and every experience will be different.

    NOTE: All training & Nutrition plans will be through an APP. Training & Nutrition for CHALLENGES are set plans . If you want specific plans for your goals or have any injuries or food allergies please choose the Custom Training & Nutrition plan option.
