As summer and festivities approach, the 28 Day Challenge is your path to transform your body and mind. It’s a way to develop healthy habits, see results, and stay accountable as summer draws near. Enter your summer holidays feeling fantastic, empowered, and strong.

The 28 Day Challenge is designed to take your physique to the next level. In these 28 days, the focus is on fat loss while maintaining lean muscle to sculpt your body. This challenge is open to women of all ages and fitness levels. We provide you with training and nutrition guidance for the entire duration, making it clear that nutrition can be enjoyable and effective without the need for excessive exercise.

Knowledge is key, so let Jess Coach you over the next 28 days and share all of her knowledge and passion with you.


Follow a 4 day per week 40 Mins per day weight training split, daily step count & easy to follow nutrition plan. 2 Lower Body Sessions, 2 Upper Body sessions & 1 Cardio session.

28 DAY CHALLENGE is a one off payment of only $149.90 for all training & nutrition plans, plus full access to the Jess Coate Fitness Members only APP.

  • Be in to win- At the end of the challenge we will choose an overall WINNER. The winner will be based on the best results over the 28 days. The winner will have FREE entry into the New Year Challenge kicking off in 2024.
  • You will have access to the APP from the time you sign up. Before the challenge there will be pre-challenge workouts that you have access too until the challenge starts. Once the Challenge ends you will have 4 extra days access.
  • All training & Nutrition plans will be through an APP. Training & Nutrition for CHALLENGES are set plans. If you want specific plans for your goals or have any injuries or food allergies please choose the Custom Training & Nutrition plan option.
